I didn't write any of these emails
Explee did. These are the 8 steps behind our 55 hot leads.
I didn't write any of the emails behind our 55 hot leads. Explee wrote every one in the lead's own language and sent it from its own inboxes.
The part I still do myself is answering every yes. Claude drafts the reply, and nothing goes out until I've read it and pressed send.
You can copy the GTM agent behind those numbers. Steps 1 to 6 are the outreach in Explee. Steps 7 and 8 are the replies, where Claude drafts and I approve.
Sign up to Explee. You start with $30 in credits. At $0.04 per email that's about 750 emails, and finding leads is free.
Give it your website. Explee reads it, works out what you sell and suggests who to target. Treat that as a first draft and sharpen it.
Make one campaign per buyer. We run separate campaigns for the people who own a process: operations, finance, sales ops and customer support. Each gets its own offer and problem, so you can see which buyer replies and switch off the one that doesn't. We target companies with 51+ employees, set the language to auto and send 2 touches, 3 days apart. With auto, every lead gets the email in their own language. In the first 9 days, 16 of our 27 hot leads got an email that wasn't in English.
Keep the ask small. Every email ends with something like "Want me to send you two concrete ideas?" Saying yes to that costs the reader nothing. Your booking link goes in the campaign as the target URL.
Read the preview before you start. Explee shows you the lead list and sample emails before a campaign goes live. Our emails sometimes promised percentage savings we couldn't back up. Put your real proof in the campaign instructions and tell it which claims to leave out.
Start small, then move the budget. Give each campaign a small daily budget and see which one brings in the hot leads. For us that's SMB ops, with 33 of the 55, at $16.32 each. Customer support got 1 from 1,602 emails, so it now runs on $1 a day.
Let Claude draft the replies. Explee can also answer replies on its own, if you'd rather skip steps 7 and 8. Every 10 minutes our server asks the Explee API for new replies. Claude reads each one, works out what the person asked for and drafts my answer. If they want a call, it offers two free times from my calendar.
Approve in Slack. The draft lands in Slack with three buttons: Send, Edit in Gmail and Don't send. After I send, our CRM updates the deal and a LinkedIn connection request goes out. If the lead goes quiet, Claude drafts a follow-up, and I approve that one too.
The guide at gtm.arcgent.ai has the Claude prompt we use for step 7 and a Claude Code prompt to build steps 7 and 8 yourself.
Steps 1 to 6 are enough to get the outreach running. You start with $30 in credits:

PS: If you want steps 7 and 8 built for you, we do that at Arcgent. You keep running Explee yourself, and we build the reply side on your own accounts: the Claude drafts, Slack approval, CRM updates, LinkedIn requests and follow-ups. Book a 25-minute call.
