I built an AI coach that gives me feedback on every sales call
Real-time feedback, personalized to my own method — here's how it works
Hey,
I’ve been testing a new AI agent that’s already changing how I improve my sales calls
And it might be one of the most useful builds I’ve made so far.
It’s an AI sales coach and it gives me real-time feedback based on every call in my calendar.
Here’s how it works
→ The agent joins my sales calls through my calendar
→ Records the meeting using Lindy
→ Transcribes the call
→ Runs a prompt based on my own sales methodology
→ Sends me a feedback email with everything I can improve
I even added a second path where I can manually send a transcript if needed
Perfect for when I forget to record or want to test a call before scaling the automation
What makes this useful
It uses a prompt where I tell it exactly what to focus on
So the feedback is specific, tactical, and aligned with how I actually sell
For example:
→ Did I skip discovery
→ Did I talk too much
→ Did I follow up on objections
→ Was the close clear
I get all of that in one email, right after the call ends
So I can review it before the next one
